Purity:- Purity is the process of removing unwanted particles from the air by filter.
Maximum purity is achieved by 3 stage of filters.
HEPA Stand for High Efficiency Particulate Absorption Filter
By HEPA Filter
it has to meet a minimum capture filtration efficiency of 99.97% at 0.3 microns.

Generally We used fine filter. HEPA filter is costly.
Application of HEPA 0r Three stage filter :-
1. Specialist operation theaters (Surgery)
2. Chemical Research
3. Aero space 4. Manufacturing Chips. 5. Food processing.
Where HEPA filter is used is called Clean Room
